The hearings are hosted by a bipartisan eight-member redistricting commission. The town is required to re-evaluate council district lines every decade in accordance with the U.S. census.
The commission has to submit its redistricting plan to the town by September 15, and the board must act upon the proposal by December 15.
Residents who would like to speak during the public hearings will sign up on a "first come" basis.
