The Adams Court Tenants Association will sponsor its fourth annual community cleanup day Saturday.

The five-hour cleanup will start at 1 p.m. in front of Campbell Park’s community room, 5 Evans Ave., between Elm and Linden avenues, in Hempstead Village. The purpose of the event is to help clean up Evans Avenue, Linden Avenue and Linden Place, while promoting exercise, organizers said.

Members of the nonprofit community organization will also inform residents about their community initiatives, register citizens to vote, and hold raffles to benefit future community events.

The group also will be giving away gifts to children and bicycles to volunteers in need. Bike donations are being accepted.

For more information, to find out how to volunteer or to donate, call association president Male Timmons at 718-598-7275 or email ACTAINC@optimum.net.
