The Lloyd Harbor Village Board will meet at 8 p.m. Monday in Village Hall, 32 Middle Hollow Rd., Huntington.
On the agenda are year-end finance, police, engineer, harbor patrol and highway reports, and a New York State Conference of Mayors resolution regarding a 2-percent property tax cap.
There will also be a discussion on increases or new revenue items, and the issue of deer culling and firearms waivers.
Village Clerk Eileen Schulz said the village code contains a provision against firearms, but in order to control the deer population it has given out waivers as part of a program overseen by the Department of Environmental Conservation.
She said for the past five years, the program has typically started in October, but the village has been waiting for correspondence from the DEC, which this year has said it favors bow-hunting. Schulz said the village still favors the use of firearms.
