Coast Guard Station Montauk arrived on scene and transferred one crew member aboard the vessel to assess the man and administer a shock with an automated external defibrillator.

Once moored at Station Montauk, the Coast Guard crew members transferred the man to an emergency medical service, which took him to a hospital.
