* The LIRR is adding extra stops at Forest Hills station for those attending the Drake/Lil Wayne concert at Forest Hills Stadium tonight. See for more information.

* Pavement repairs will close a portion of the Southern State Parkway in the Town of Islip overnight through early Saturday, the state Department of Transportation said.
