WANTED

CrimeStoppers and Suffolk police are seeking help identifying and locating two men who allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart in Centereach on May 20.

According to police, the men entered Walmart, located at 161 Centereach Mall, and stole motor oil and grass seed worth about $600.

The men are between 30 and 40 years old and fled in a gray Ford pickup truck. Anyone with information can call CrimeStoppers at 800-220-TIPS. Callers do not have to reveal their identities.

TRAFFIC AND TRANSIT

NASSAU: Road construction has closed the left lane on the Southern State Parkway westbound at Wantagh Parkway (Exit 27). There is slow traffic from Wantagh Ave. (Exit 28).

MELVILLE: Road construction has blocked the right lane on Route 110 southbound between Pinelawn Road and the LIE.

The Intermodal Center south elevator at the Mineola LIRR station is out of service. A repair team has been notified. Elevator information can be found at http://bit. ly/eNF7sQ.

Today's forecast is for mostly cloudy skies with a chance of rain this morning, then  a chance of rain and thunderstorms in the afternoon. The high will be 68, with the chance of rain at 40 percent.

For tonight, the forecast is for partly cloudy skies with a 40 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms with thunderstorms and a low of 55.
