Suffolk police seek the public’s help to identifying the man who used a counterfeit travelers check in Lake Grove.

On June 10, between 3:35 and 4 p.m. a man purchased items at The Children’s Place at Smith Haven Mall using a counterfeit $100 American Express Travelers Cheque.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS.
