Poll: Will LIRR 'quiet car' program work?

The Long Island Rail Road debuted this week a new "quiet car" program, in which riders are asked to keep the noise down -- meaning, no cell phone calls, for one.

A good number of newsday.com commenters say the program will be either difficult to enforce or not taken seriously, while others says it's a good idea.
