Feeling like royalty?
The USA television series “Royal Pains” is leaving the Hamptons and filming in Bay Shore for a scene called “The Party of the Year!” and is looking for locals with royal attitude.
Filming is expected to take place several days the week of Aug. 15.
The casting company, Grant Wilfley Casting in New York City, is looking for “wealthy socialite types” and a professional DJ for a party scene.
For a country club scene, actual golfers and tennis players are needed along with luxury cars.
According to the casting company, the party scene needs “young and attractive” bar patrons, real-housewife types, models and model-types, yachtsmen, financial brokers, surfers and beachgoers.
Grant Wilfley Casting put out a similar call for its filming in the Hamptons earlier this summer and was pleased with the turnout, said a representative.
According to Grant Wilfley, anyone interested should send an email including “recent, clear snapshots that best represent you as the role you are submitting for, your basic stats (height & weight), and contact information to Longisland@gwcnyc.com.” Include union membership information (SAG, AFTRA or none) and put “Bayshore LOCAL” in the subject line.
