Schools polls open: Voters in four school districts and some villages vote Tuesday. Locust Valley, Oyster Bay-East Norwich, Seaford and Westbury schools hold budget revotes, while Rockville Centre, Manorhaven, North Hills, Sands Point, Upper Brookville, Old Brookville, Lloyd Harbor, Brightwaters and North Haven hold contested elections.
