The weather's better, but potholes persist

Here’s the scenario: With the temperature nearing 60, you pull down the car windows on the way to work, enjoying the breeze through your hair as traffic is relatively tame when, BAM, you spill into a pothole, killing a tire.

Yes, they’re still there. A lot of them.

How many, exactly? Close to 500 potholes have been reported since March 1 alone on our pothole map, with one of the complaints particularly mind-blowing:

"This [Sylvan] Avenue [in Bayport] has 59 potholes. I sent the town a picture of all the potholes today - lets see how long before they are properly fixed. I wish i could post all 59 pictures."

The user attached the above picture to their note.
