Wanted: Gas station robbery, pharmacy theft

Hempstead Village police and Nassau Crime Stoppers are looking for two men who they say robbed a Hempstead gas station at gunpoint.

At about 9:20 p.m. on Nov. 14, police say the two men walked into the Shamrock gas station on South Franklin Street and one of them, wearing a light-hooded sweatshirt, pointed a silver automatic handgun and demanded cash from the clerk. The two suspects left the gas station with an undisclosed amount of cash.
