Wanted: Grand larceny; homicide

Nassau police and its Crime Stoppers department are looking for a woman they say stole from another person's bank account in Massapequa Park.

Police say that at about 12:15 p.m. on Oct. 8, the suspect went to the Citibank at 4881 Merrick Rd. and used a fake New Jersey photo license in the victim's name to withdraw $4,000.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at its toll-free and confidential hotline: 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). Crime Stoppers offers up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.


Suffolk police and its Crime Stoppers department are looking for any information on the murder of Terrance Haynes.

Haynes, 43, was shot inside his home on Wilson Avenue in Middle Island around midnight on Oct. 12.
