MTA weekend service changes: What to know before riding the subway

Here are all of the MTA weekend service changes you should know about.

Here's a look at the subway service changes from Friday night to Monday morning:

No. 1 trains

No trains between Rector Street and South Ferry in Manhattan.

No. 2 trains

Flatbush-Avenue trains will not stop at Jackson Avenue in the Bronx (4:45 a.m. to 10 a.m., Sunday).

All trains will board at the Wakefield-bound platform at Third Avenue-149th Street (4:45 a.m. to 10 a.m., Sunday).

No. 3 trains

No trains between Utica and New Lots avenues in Brooklyn.

No. 4 trains

Eastbound Shuttle buses will be rerouted from Livonia Avenue at Saratoga Avenue to Thomas S. Boyland Avenue (5 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday).

Downtown trains will not stop at 33rd, 28th and 23rd streets in Manhattan.

No trains between Utica and New Lots avenues in Brooklyn (4:30 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday).

No. 5 trains

Trains will run local in both directions between 125th Street and Grand Central-42nd Street.

Trains will run every 15 minutes.

No. 6 trains

Brooklyn Bridge-bound trains will not stop at 33rd, 28th and 23rd streets in Manhattan.

A trains

Inwood-bound trains will skip Spring, 23rd and 50th streets in Manhattan.

Inwood-bound trains will stop at 135th and 155th streets in Manhattan.

Queens-bound trains will not stop at 155th and 135th streets in Manhattan.

C trains

No trains between 145th and 168th streets in Manhattan.

Uptown trains will skip Spring, 23rd and 50th streets in Manhattan.

Uptown trains will skip 135th Street in Manhattan (10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Sunday).

E trains

Trains will run local in both directions between Queens Plaza and 71st Avenue-Forest Hills in Queens.

Jamaica Center-bound trains will skip Spring and 23rd streets in Manhattan.

L trains 

Trains will operate every 24 minutes between Broadway Junction and Rockaway Parkway in Brooklyn.

B trains

There are no B trains on weekends.

D trains

Coney Island-bound trains will skip Union Street, Fourth Avenue-Ninth Street, Prospect Avenue and 25th Street in Brooklyn.

Manhattan-bound trains make stops along the N line from Stillwell Avenue to 36th Street in Brooklyn.

No trains between 205th Street and Bedford Park Boulevard in the Bronx.

F trains

Trains will run local in both directions in Queens.

Queens-bound trains will not stop at 14th and 23rd streets in Manhattan.

Queens-bound trains will be rerouted via the E line from 47th-50th streets to Roosevelt Avenue.

M trains

No trains between Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn and Essex Street in Manhattan (5:45 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday).

N trains

Coney Island-bound trains will run express from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center to 59th Street in Brooklyn.

Manhattan-bound trains make local stops at 53rd and 45th streets in Brooklyn.

No trains between Times Square-42nd Street and Ditmars Boulevard.

Q trains

Trains will run local in both directions between 57th-Seventh Avenue and Canal Street in Manhattan.

Coney Island-bound trains will run express in Brooklyn from Prospect Park to Kings Highway (5:45 a.m. Saturday to 8 p.m. Sunday).

R trains

Bay Ridge-bound trains will run express in Brooklyn from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center to 59th Street.

Trains will not stop at Fifth Avenue-59 Street, Lexington Avenue-59th Street and Queens Plaza in both directions.

W trains

The W does not run on weekends.

J trains

No trains between Hewes Street in Brooklyn and Broad Street in Manhattan (5:45 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday).

Z trains

Z trains do not run on weekends.
