Medford drugstore shooting, trial and sentencing

David Laffer received four consecutive life terms for the murder of four people in a Medford pharmacy. His wife, Melinda Brady, received 25 years in prison for her role.

Suffolk Police say this suspect, who they believe stole prescription drugs from Haven Drugs in Medford, has a thin build; is about 5 feet, 8 inches tall; was unshaven or had a dark beard and mustache; and has short, dark hair. He was armed with a handgun and should be considered armed and extremely dangerous, police said.
