Two men and a woman were pronounced dead at Huntington Hospital Tuesday after they were found unconscious on a houseboat in Huntington Harbor, Suffolk Police said.
The boat was located about 30 yards from shore at about 10:30 last night as investigators gathered on West Shore Road.
Det. Sgt. Thomas Groneman of the Suffolk Police Homicide Squad said a call came in at 8:53 p.m. and the three were transported to Huntington Hospital, where they were pronounced dead at 9:30 p.m.
Yellow police tape was pulled across an area off West Shore Road near the water and Huntington Fire Department floodlights lit up the area.
There were no apparent signs of foul play, police said, but they could not comment on a possible cause of death.
