Adrianne Lewis, teen with extremely long tongue, seeks to break Guinness World Record

Adiranne Lewis, teen with 4-inch tounge, seeks Guinness World Record

Adrianne Lewis, a 16-year-old from Michigan, can touch her nose, eye, chin and elbow with her 4-inch-long tongue and hopes to break the Guinness World Record.

Adrianne Lewis, a 16-year-old from Michigan, thinks her 4-inch-long tongue belongs in the Guinness Book of World Records and the Internet seems to agree.

While most people have trouble getting their tongue to touch even the tip of their nose, Lewis can lick her chin, nose, elbow and even her eye, with ease.

Two years ago, she started sharing videos and photos of herself showing off her tongue talents, but didn't expect the response she received.

"After I made my first video, after the first day, I already had 250 views which for most people isn't very much but to me it was like oh my gosh" she told Barcoft TV.

And that was just the beginning.

Since she started her YouTube channel, thousands of people have watched her roll, twist and stretch her tongue in directions people didn't think were possible.

The 16-year-old used to consider herself "the weird kid" that was "always stretching out my tongue," she told Barcoft TV. But Lewis now hopes she can break the Guinness World Record, which currently belongs to a man whose tongue is slightly smaller than Lewis' is.

Her tongue hasn't been officially judged yet, but according to her Twitter account, she has sent her photos to Ripley's Believe It or Not.
