Hillary Clinton didn’t waste any time leveling the playing field after the GOP officially named Donald Trump as the presidential nominee.

Less than a half hour after Republicans celebrated Trump’s official nomination at their convention in Cleveland, Clinton tweeted “Let’s do this.”

The presumptive Democratic nominee included a gif from her interview with Jimmy Fallon back in January, in which Fallon asked her, “Does he intimidate you, Donald Trump?”

“No,” Clinton said in the clip without hesitation, laughing off the question.

About an hour after its posting, the post had been retweeted nearly 4,000 times

This isn’t first time Clinton’s thrown shade on the campaign trail.

After President Obama endorsed Clinton for president, Trump had a message for the both of them.

"Obama just endorsed Crooked Hillary," Trump tweeted. "He wants four more years of Obama — but nobody else does!"

Clinton fired back, "Delete your account."
