President Donald Trump highlighted the pain of Nisa Mickens' parents, Robert Mickens and Elizabeth Alvarado, and Kayla Cuevas' parents, Evelyn Rodriguez and Freddy Cuevas, during his first State of the Union speech on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018.
