Does the thought of wrangling your way through the city's big-box retailers or trekking to a - gasp - mall during holiday time make you want to settle into a supine state until Jan. 1? Yes? Read on, fair shopper.
Starting Saturday, over 25 designers and small businesses will pop up at the Old School - Nolita's 15,000 square foot space - for "Deck the Halls: 12 Days of Holiday Shopping."
The former Catholic school will be packed with a well-curated selection of designer clothing, jewelry, housewares and other unique items from small businesses, emerging designers and artists including BKLYN Dry Goods, H. Fredriksson, Erin Considine, Superfield, Outlier, Graham Withers, Lola Haze and more.
The experience is meant to be a pleasant one: A rotation of bands, musicians and DJs will be in full effect over the course of the 12 days, and foodie vendors will be hawking wine and snacks.
Top that, Best Buy.
