America’s most perplexing grandparents are booked on “Dr. Phil” next month.

Cindy and George Anthony, parents of the recently acquitted Casey Anthony, are scheduled to appear in an “all media exclusive” in the season premiere of “Dr. Phil” on Sept. 12.

Casey Anthony, 25, was cleared of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in July after a two-month trial. In court, Cindy Anthony — who initially reported her grand daughter’s disappearance in 2008 — said it was she, not her daughter, who had researched chloroform on the internet, while George Anthony denied the defense’s claims that he had sexually abused his granddaughter.

“I looked them straight in the eye and asked them some very tough questions,” Dr. Phil McGraw said in a statement.

Instead of paying the Anthonys for their appearance, the show will make a donation to “Caylee’s Fund,” a charity the couple runs.

Casey Anthony, dubbed by the tabloids as “America’s most-hated woman,” is in seclusion at an unknown location.
