Tiger blood, Adonis DNA and the now-infamous "winning" catchphrase - Charlie Sheen opens up about that, his very public meltdown last year and more in a new interview with Playboy magazine.

"I don't know what happened. I think I cracked," said Sheen, who is starring in the upcoming F/X scripted comedy "Anger Management."

The actor says last year's breakdown was not caused solely by pressure from starring in "Two and a Half Men," the hit CBS show from which he got canned because of his nutty behavior and rants against the show's creator, Chuck Lorre.

"It was the buildup of all the time I've been in the business, the divorces and everything," he said. "I started to unravel. ...I finally just said the things I had always been thinking. But in the middle of a psychotic break."

As for his kooky, memorable catchphrases, Sheen insists nothing was planned.

"The tiger blood? I don't know. It's just a very dangerous animal. And there's a tiger in 'Apocalypse Now,' by the way, so maybe there's a connection there," he said. "Adonis DNA? I don't know what the f--- that was about. That was just stupid."

And calling himself a warlock?

"I didn't know what the hell a warlock was; I just liked the way it sounded," he said. "It's got war in it; it's got a kah sound. War-lock."
