‘Treme’ DVD release celebration
Get jazzed up. HBO will be celebrating the release of “Treme: The Complete First Season” on DVD and Blu-ray at Union Square with a performance by the Treme Brass Band and FREE New Orleans-style desserts from a food truck parked out front. You have to buy the set on-site to get a wristband that lets you inside for the signing with series stars, though. (Thursday, 5-7 p.m., FREE, Best Buy Union Square, 1 Union Square S., liveatbestbuy.com)

Susan Lucci
She’s been the queen of daytime drama for so long that we think it’s about time La Lucci got upped to empress. She’ll be taking a break from the drama to sign her memoir, “All My Life,” at Barnes & Noble Tuesday. (Tuesday, noon, FREE, Barnes & Noble Fifth Avenue, 555 Fifth Ave., bn.com, 212-697-3048)

‘Glories of Japanese Traditional Music Heritage’

(Tuesday, 6 p.m., FREE, Miller Theatre at Columbia University, 2960 Broadway, RSVP at medievaljapanesestudies.org)

Collect-I-Bowl Guitar Show

Bonus points if you bust out a random solo. (Sunday, noon-6 p.m., FREE, Brooklyn Bowl, 61 Wythe Ave., Williamsburg, brooklynbowl.com, 718-963-3369)

The Once and Future Pennsylvania Station
So many of us pass through it every day on our way to work, but have you every stopped to admire Penn Station? (Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Sat.-Sun., 10 a.m.-6 p.m., FREE, New York Transit Museum Gallery Annex at Grand Central Terminal, mta.info/mta/museum, 212-878-0106)

Pizza Packet Party
There’s not much we can think of that’s better than stuffing our face with free food. Stop by the Bell House tonight to watch a pizza-eating competition. And, of course, stuff your own gut with free slices courtesy of Pizza Packet. (Monday, 8 p.m., FREE, the Bell House, 149 Seventh St., Gowanus, thebellhouseny.com, 718-643-6510)

“If It Makes You Healthy”
We doubt there’s a recipe for crow in Sheryl Crow’s new cookbook, but we could be wrong – we haven’t read it yet. But regardless, Crow will be at Barnes & Noble tomorrow with author Chuck White to sign “If It Makes You Healthy: More Than 100 Delicious Recipes Inspired by the Seasons.” (Tuesday, noon, FREE, Barnes & Noble Tribeca, 97 Warren St., barnesandnoble.com, 212-587-5389)

UFT Players present “An Evening with Williams & Wilder”
With all the hoopla surrounding the NY education system and teachers nowadays, it’s a good thing they have the UFT Players as an outlet for their creativity. This week’s “An Evening with Williams & Wilder” is a collection of scenes, monologues and one-act plays by Tennessee Williams and Thornton Wilder. Donate some funds if you can. (Thursday and Friday, 6 p.m., FREE, donations accepted, UFT Building, 50 Broadway, second fl., uftplayers.blogspot.com)
