A 53-year-old ex-felon was arrested early Monday and charged with two counts of attempted murder and other crimes after allegedly shooting at a pair NYPD officers in Jackson Heights on Dec. 2.

Antonio Olmeda, 53, of Manhattan, was arrested at about 8 a.m. Monday getting into his van on the 300 block of East 116th Street with two handguns, a police siren and light, a fake NYPD parking plaque and bottles of what appeared to be cleaning chemicals, according to police.
