In the premiere of our new feature, Fit in Five, we throw five quick questions at fit folks about how they pull it all off.

Kicking things off is model Brooklyn Decker, who appeared on the cover of this year’s Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue and stars in the new Elle Make Better series, a DVD collection about fitness, health and lifestyle.

1. How do you stay in such good shape? And don’t say good genes and lots of water:
I try to keep pretty active, but it's hard with travel and work so there are times when I go five or so days without anything, but I start to feel sluggish. My routine involves running, spin classes, weights, weights, and more weights! Contrary to what many women think, they don't make you bulk up, they lean you out. I've recently started yoga; it's been so good for my body and, more importantly, my stress level.

2. Describe your typical breakfast, lunch and dinner:
For breakfast, I eat an egg-white omelet or Greek yogurt with blueberries. For lunch, it’s soup and a big salad loaded with vegetables. For dinner, I always eat some sort of vegetable with a lean meat, whether it’s chicken or seared tuna. I don't like fish, but I'm trying. I crave red meat on occasion, so sometimes I’ll indulge. I also snack on nuts and hummus with carrots. I also drink tons of coffee, I'm not proud of it, but it's the truth.

3. I'm super lazy but want to start working out. Any advice?
If you're lazy, the gym is the last place you'll want to go. Trust me, we all have those days! The best idea is to start at home. Wake up and do 15 sit-ups, 15 pushups and 15 squats. Do the same before bed, then stretch. Add more reps until you decide you’re ready to raise the effort, then hit the gym and start taking classes for motivation.

4. What's on your iPod when you work out?
My iPod is my saving grace during a workout. I have everything from Garbage and The Black Eyed Peas to Dave Matthews Band and Jay-Z. It just needs to be really loud and really upbeat.

5. Name one food you can't live without, healthy or otherwise:
I can't pick one! I love eggs, blueberries, nuts, Swedish fish and of course coffee. My life depends on coffee.

Brooklyn’s insider tip: "A little tip I learned from my job as a model is that many models I know take natural digestive enzymes and probiotics. With so much travel, I think they help keep your body healthy and regular."
