Moving past the usual cheddar choice, the cheese toppings here veer into the territory of French bistros and Italian trattorias--offering Gruyere Swiss, goat, brie and crumbled gorgonzola among more familiar selections of American and pepper jack. Ready to branch out past the usual splash of ketchup? Sauces like pesto aioli and cucumber yogurt lead a list of equally sharp and different options. The full menu is quite long, but keep in mind that guests even control the very base of their purchase as well, meaning one can swap chicken, turkey or veggie for the standard beef center.
