A wanna-be Apple Store in Queens called Apple Story was issued a federal injunction Thursday forbidding it from selling counterfeit wares.
The small Flushing store must also change its name, as a Brooklyn federal judge said it violates U.S. trademark law, the New York Post reported.
Apple sued the store this summer, claiming it was selling merchandise that was meant to dupe customers into thinking it was authentic. The Post reported it had reached a deal with Apple, and that the store's owners claim they never sold fake products.
