Acting Supreme Court Judge Gerald Connolly heard three lawsuits filed by parents Thursday seeking to nullify the waiver that let her bypass the required education background.
The lawsuits say she was approved on the credentials of other people.
A rep for the city’s law department said the appointment was legal.
