It seems Kanye West is getting mixed up in current girlfriend Kim Kardashian's divorce drama.

According to RadarOnline.com, the legal team of Kardashian's soon-to-be ex-hubby, Kris Humphries, plans to depose West in the upcoming divorce proceedings. Humphries and Kardashian separated in October after a mere 72 days of marriage.

"Kris lawyer, Lee Hutton, has no choice but to depose Kim's new boyfriend, Kanye West," a source told RadarOnline.com.

The reasoning is two-fold.

First, Kardashian has publicly said she and West have "been friends for years, and Kris' lawyers want to know if the two were ever intimate before they went public with their relationship a few months ago."

Apparently, Humphries' team is also interested in West's involvement in the Kardashian family reality shows - Humphries and Kardashian got married for the cameras and he is now claiming Kardashian only wanted to get hitched for the publicity.

"Kris believes that Kim felt tremendous pressure to get married to him on camera, and this goes to the heart of his claim that the marriage is fraudulent," the source added.
