Disgraced financial advisor Kenneth Starr was sentenced to 7 1/2 years in prison yesterday for bilking $33 million from celebrity clients and using the money to purchase such luxuries as a posh $7.5 million Manhattan condo, according to federal prosecutors.

“Kenneth Starr pretended he had the Midas touch, but he was in reality peddling fool’s gold,” said Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara.

Among the 67-year-old accountant’s clients were Martin Scorcese and Sylvester Stallone.
