First came love, then came marriage, then came ... a reality show.
Adding to the Kardashian family’s E! reality empire, Khloe Kardashian and hubby Lamar Odom are getting their own show, E! executives announced Jan. 5.
Production on the show, tentatively titled “Khloe and Lamar,” will begin early this year.
“Khloe and Lamar are such a dynamic couple that we just knew we had to give them their own series,” Lisa Berger, executive vice president of entertainment programming for E!, said in a statement. “They are funny, dramatic, opinionated, and we intend to capture all this, along with the unvarnished reality of their lives together and apart, since each is constantly followed by their own celebrity spotlight.”
The eight-episode series will follow the personal and professional lives of Kardashian, 26, and her L.A. Laker husband, 31, who got married in August 2009. The show will also feature Robert Kardashian, Khloe’s younger brother and a semi-permanent houseguest in the Kardashian-Odom home, as he begins a career in the music industry.
