Kim Kardashian is finally a single woman — well, a not married woman, at least.
A Los Angeles judge on Monday finalized Kim's divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries after a lengthy legal battle that started last Halloween, according to E! News.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star married Humphries in a costly wedding in 2011 that was broadcast on E! with an estimated cost of around $22 million, according to reports.
But the story proves that money can’t buy love, and the couple split after 72 days of marriage and have been trying to finalize the divorce ever since.
Kardashian and Humphries reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement before they wed, and the two reached a divorce settlement on April 19 after Humphries requested an annulment, E! News reported.
Kardashian has long since moved on and is expecting a baby girl with boyfriend Kanye West. On the season eight premiere of her reality show, Kardashian shed tears with mother Kris Jenner at the thought of being married when the baby is born in July.
