Red-soled shoe guru Christian Louboutin is bringing the men of New York some serious footwear panache this spring.
The designer is slated to open a men's boutique on Washington Street in the Meatpacking District in 2012, the company confirmed Wednesday. The new shop will join Louboutin's women's store at 59 Horatio St.
The designer, celebrating 20 years of business this year, opened his first men's-only boutique in Paris in September.
One interesting store feature we hope makes it stateside: The "Tattoo Parlour," where guys can customize brogues or slippers with embroidery mirroring their own tattoos or original Louboutin designs.
Alas, like their sister shoes, these designs don't come cheap: A pair of studded loafter will run you $1,395.
