With President Barack Obama in town to raise cash for his 2012 re-election campaign and teenage heartthrob Justin Bieber promoting his new perfume fragrance, the city is going to be a lot harder to navigate than usual on Thursday. Since both will be visiting midtown just hours apart, traffic and crowds are expected to be a nightmare. Here's a look at the schedules for president and singer and places to avoid:

Avoid: FDR Drive below 63rd St., avenues East of 7th, and the mid 50’s. Expect 53rd St. to be closed around 7 p.m.
