This week: Hoda Kotb, Kathie Lee Gifford’s co-host of the fourth hour of the “Today” show.
What time is your alarm set for? I wake up around 4 a.m.
Are you a snoozer, or do you get right up? I hit the snooze button twice. I’m a slow getter-upper!
What’s next? I get out of bed around 4:20 a.m., and I play music on my iHome system. I have to have music, even before coffee. It could be anything from Lil Wayne to Red Bone. Then I scribble in my journal and have some tea or coffee. At 5 a.m., I head to the gym. Not because I’m so disciplined but because if I don’t do it first thing, I won’t do it. Sometimes I’ll go to the park where people think I’m walking, but I’m actually running!
What time are you at work? I usually go into the studio around 6:30 a.m., look at my notes, Kathie Lee comes in singing, and hilarity ensues.
