Two days after a lopsided win in Orlando, the Brooklyn Nets Sunday earned their second victory against the Magic in as many games with an 82-74 triumph at Barclays Center.
Kris Humphries pulled down 21 boards and added 14 points, while teammate Brook Lopez led all Nets scorers. Glen Davis led Orlando with 19 points and 10 boards after managing just 8 points in Friday night's 107-68 drubbing.
Brooklyn raced out to a commanding 35-17 lead after the first quarter, though the offense cooled from that point on. Still, the Nets held the Magic to just 36.1% from the field, including 1 for 12 from 3-point range.
The Nets weren't shooting much better (37.2%) but went 7 for 24 from beyond the arc. Point guard Deron Williams hit three from downtown on seven attempts.
