Truthfully, we don't know much about Ray J around here except for a few key things: He starred in that sex tape with Kim Kardashian, he was "dating" Whitney Houston at the time of her death, and he's Brandy's brother. Oh, and apparently he also sings.

Overall, some of the things he's done seem pretty shady, and a recent report from Life & Style drives home that point: In the midst of Kim's infamous divorce, Ray J, 31, has plans to jump aboard the blatant just-for-profit tell-all bandwagon and reveal details about their relationship in his new book, "Death of the Cheating Man."

It's an idea even Kim thinks is pathetic.

"Kim actually feels really bad for Ray J for wanting so badly to sell books that he would need to make a reference to their relationship, which ended years ago," a friend of Kardashian told us Wednesday.

The sure-to-be-briliant tome alleges that "KK" - as Ray J calls her - pursued him and slept with him while she was still with her first husband, Damon Thomas, in 2004, although she has denied it.

"She let me know she wanted to get with me," Ray J recalls in the book. "She left her husband for me as soon as we started having sex."

Ray J also claims that the 31-year-old reality queen greeted him with hot towels and toothpaste on his toothbrush in the morning and treated him to lingerie fashion shows at night. He also alleges that she was the jealous type. "She wanted to know where I was at all times," Ray J writes. "She literally thought I was cheating with every girl I ran across." In addition, Ray J claims that Kim cheated on him as well. "I had no respect for her," he writes.

"She never cheated on him, but it looks like he is making this up to make himself feel more at peace for all the cheating he did," our source told us.
