Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers tribute event draws more than 30,000 runners

More than 30,000 people took part in the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Run on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, organizers said. See photos from the 16th annual run honoring the fallen firefighter, who famously ran through the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel in full gear to get to the Twin Towers on 9/11.
