Steve Jobs is finally coming to the big screen after Open Road Films set an August 16 nationwide release date for its film “Jobs.”

Ashton Kutcher will play the Apple co-founder in the new flick co-starring Matthew Modine, Dermot Mulroney and Josh Gad.

“Jobs” was originally scheduled to come out on April 19 around the anniversary of Apple’s founding.

The competition will be stiff on the August 16 weekend, with new releases including Universal’s“Kick-Ass 2” and Relativity's thriller “Paranoia,” as well as the limited openings of “Ain’t Them Bodies Saints” and “Austenland,” to name a few.

“Jobs,” the first major biopic about the Apple co-founder, premiered at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. Jobs died of cancer in 2011.
