Hosting the holiday meal this year? Don’t panic — these holiday hotlines are here to help, from when you begin thawing the turkey, all the way till you pop open the wine on Thanksgiving night.

Crisco Pie Hotline
If you’re planning to bake your pie from scratch this holiday season and need some extra help (and who doesn’t?), reach out to pie experts at the Crisco Pie Hotline for any last minute questions. Recipes, tricks, and video instructions are also available at

Turning Leaf Holiday Hotline
In the days leading up to Thanksgiving, stressed dinner hosts can call the Turning Leaf Holiday Hotline for suggestions on great wine pairings as well as entertaining ideas from wine and lifestyle experts. An automated 24-hour advice service is also available for the entire holiday season.

Butterball’s Turkey Talk-Line
The Thanksgiving turkey is notoriously hard to perfect, but Butterball’s annual Turkey Talk-Line answers any and all turkey-related questions, from using the right kind of pan to putting out turkey fires.

King Arthur Flour Baking Line
Uncertain bakers can call the King Arthur Flour Bake Line, where professionals answer questions and share helpful hints regarding all baked goods and how to ensure they come out of the oven just right.
When: Holiday hours begin Sat., Nov. 6 until Christmas, Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m. ¬– 9 p.m., Sat.-Sun. 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Martha Stewart Living Radio Thanksgiving Hotline
Dinner hosts can tune into – and call! – Martha Stewart Living Radio for cooking and entertaining advice from the acclaimed homemaker and more than 30 of the country’s most prominent chefs and restaurateurs.
When: Mon., Nov. 22 – Wed., Nov. 24, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
