Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani endorsed Republican Bob Turner Monday to fill the House seat vacated by disgraced former congressman Anthony Weiner.

Turner, 70, a former TV executive, is running against Queens Assemb. David Weprin, 55, a Democrat, in a special election to succeed Weiner as representative for the Ninth Congressional District, which covers parts of Brooklyn and Queens. Weiner resigned from the post after admitting to having lewd online interactions with several women.

Giuliani is the second ex-mayor to support Turner, after Ed Koch endorsed him last month.

The special election will be held Sept. 13.
