Two Brooklyn residents killed on icy Pa. road

Two Brooklyn residents, including a 10-year-old, were among three killed in a multivehicle accident Wednesday night on an icy stretch of Interstate 80 near Clintonville in western Pennsylvania, authorities said.

The crash, which involved three vehicles, occurred just before 10 p.m. near the Clintonville exit in Venango County.

Killed was Pasha Azulay, 20, of Brooklyn and the 10-year-old, whose identity has not been released. The other fatality was Thomas Munsell, 66, of Ann Arbor, Mich. Six others were hurt.

Pennsylvania State Police told The Associated Press two westbound vehicles skidded on ice and crossed into the eastbound lanes, where one struck the third vehicle. The other then rolled over into the first car. The driver of the first westbound car was killed.

The two Brooklyn residents were passengers in the eastbound vehicle, police said.
