Victoria’s Secret supermodel Jessica White was the victim in an October taxi cab brawl with another woman, her lawyer said yesterday after rejecting a plea deal in a Manhattan courtroom.
White, 26, who gained notoriety as Sean Penn’s former flame and has a reported TV deal with the Oxygen Network, will now go to trial on May 17.
The flap took place last October, when White was on a girl’s night out in Chelsea after her break-up with Penn, according to reports.
White squared off with Vanessa Kia, 28, over a cab outside a 10th Avenue club, police said. White allegedly became physical, pulling Kia’s hair and striking her.
The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model was charged with misdemeanor assault. But her attorney, Mark Jay Heller, told amNewYork yesterday that he has video surveillance and eyewitnesses that will prove at trial White “was in fact the victim.”
