Justin Bieber's hit "Baby" just got a whole new meaning.
A 20-year-old California woman says the pop sensation is the father of her 3-month-old baby, and she wants Bieber, 17, to take a paternity test to prove whether he's the dad, according to a report in Star magazine made public Tuesday.
The woman, Mariah Yeater, says she had sex with Bieber backstage at a sold-out show at Los Angeles' Staples Center on Oct. 25, 2010, when she was 19, and she wants the Biebs to pony up and "provide adequate support for my baby," according to court papers filed Monday that Star is citing.
According to the documents Star obtained, one of Bieber's security guards approached Yeater and asked her if she wanted to meet the star.
"Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone," RadarOnline.com quoted Yeater as saying in the documents.
"I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time," she wrote, adding that Bieber refused to use a condom.
Bieber's team is already on the full defensive, vehemently denying the claims to TMZ.com.
"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims," they told the website, adding, "We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
A court hearing on the case is reportedly set for Dec. 15.
The Canadian singer has been dating former Disney girl Selena Gomez, 19, since December.
