Mark McFarlane, 23, faces several charges and 16 traffic tickets after allegedly leading police on a chase through midtown Kingston Saturday and ramming a patrol car before finally losing control and striking a pole. Louie Gonzalez, 33, was arrested and charged with felony drug sales and possession after Westchester County narcotics detectives wrapped up a four-month investigation into cocaine sales in New Rochelle. Amir Landsman of Upper Nyack was arrested Tuesday and charged with operating as a loan shark to cash-strapped people and businesses in Bergen County. Prosecutors said Landsman charged "excessive" amounts of interest and employed a lackey who collected the cash.
