Meteorologists are predicting perfect parade weather for Independence Day with sunny skies, low humidity and warm temperatures.

The forecast for Tuesday has the high at 82 degrees and an overnight low at 66 degrees, meteorologists said.

Monday will bring a mix of sun and clouds, with highs near 87 and overnight lows around 65. A stray shower may appear during the afternoon and evening, meteorologists said.

“Plenty of sunshine is in store to start the week, with highs on Monday again rising into the mid to upper 80s across the area, around 5 degrees above normal for early July,” the National Weather Service said on its website.

A mix of sun and clouds returns for Wednesday, when highs will drop a bit to near 80 degrees and nighttime lows are expected to be about 67.

Partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies are predicted for Thursday along with a chance for a shower or storm. Highs will remain near 80 degrees and overnight lows will be around 68.

On Friday the high will climb to 85 but it will be mostly cloudy with the chance for some showers. Lows will dip slightly to around 66.
