Hoffman said some patches of frost could develop on Long Island Friday night into Saturday morning.
For Halloween day, trick-or-treaters get sunny skies and high temperatures near 60.
Nighttime conditions are dry and clear with temperatures in the mid to upper 40s, Hoffman said.
