David Cameron, British prime minister, through the years

David Cameron was Britain's prime minister from 2010 to 2016. He resigned after voters in the United Kingdom rejected his appeal to stay in the European Union in the "Brexit" referendum on June 23, 2016. "It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve our country as prime minister over these last six years, and to serve as leader of my party for almost 11 years," Cameron, 49, said as he departed his post on July 13.
