Randy White was a key witness in the challenge to former Freeport mayor Andrew Hardwick attempt to run for Nassau county executive on a newly created third party line. Just days before White was to get back on the stand in State Supreme Court, three Nassau County detectives stopped a NICE bus and arrested him on an outstanding bench warrant for failure to pay $250 in fees.
