Letter: Donate a kidney in man's memory?

Howard Rossman, a tax accountant from Mount Sinai,

Howard Rossman, a tax accountant from Mount Sinai, died of kidney failure and complications from diabetes on June 29, 2015, at Good Shepherd Hospice Center in Port Jefferson. He was 67. Newsday's obituary for Howard Rossman

I didn't know Howard Rossman, but he must have been an awesome man to have a client willing to donate a kidney to him ["Howard Rossman, 67, tax accountant," News, July 3]. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family.

Wouldn't it be a wonderful tribute to his legacy if the donor offered a kidney to another person in Rossman's memory?

I have a daughter on dialysis, and it's not an easy way of life.
